home of My dreams. His professionalism. and enthusiasm in the search for my home was greatly appreciated.
It is rare today that you find the trust and great customer service that I experienced with

foreclosures we are experiencing.
This was my first experience purchasing property long distance, and thanks to Tony, it was a smooth and profitable: experience. I live in Illinois and it was important to me to have a Realtor with the integrity that Mr. Strickland exhibited.
Once again.. thank you for the great service that I received. and referrals will be forthcoming.

Dear John Thompson
Keller Williams Atlanta Perimeter
When Mark and I met Tony Strickland for the first time, we had already been
through a tumultuous series of events surrounding the complicated and often emotional
rollercoaster ride of purchasing a first home. Tony, from first encounter, was extremely
professional, candid, and sincere, yet very realistic about the process. He didn't over
promise, but rather said that he would be traveling the daunting ride with us, as our
representative and personal voice. Still we had reservations because we had already
experienced some disappointing breaks, but as days and weeks rolled on, he would put all
our hesitation to rest and we began to trust him with our most important strategy and
moves.
One of the best qualities Tony brought to our process was his knowledge, his
consistency, and his willingness to remain ahead of leads. We became a dynamic team,
the three of us working together as if we had known him for years, as we quickly gained
a mutual respect for his opinion and expertise. Tony seemed to work over time, and even
when most agents will tell you what you want to hear, he would tell us what we needed to
hear. This would make the significant difference between signing contracts on homes
that may have been pretty shells of hidden disaster.
When we found the home that we are currently living out our dreams in. Tony
painted the picture and handled the details for us, giving us strong faith that our "needle
in a haystack" search, of finding the perfect home, could really come true and ultimately
did.
Every day that we arrive home to our beautiful neighborhood and stunning home,
we think of Tony and our gratitude towards him will be with us forever. An agent that is
a rare find in an oversaturated field that is running over with agents who often put their
clients needs last. Tony stands out, and will be the agent that I will continue to use
throughout my lifetime of real-estate transactions. I trust him with not only our most
personal financials, but I trust him with my families well being as I know he will treat our
purchases like his own.
We look forward to being able to work with him again soon. as more family is
wanting to work with him for their own property searches. They see how happy we are,
but more importantly, understand that we were blessed to have worked with an agent who
really went to bat for us, resulting in helping use live out our dreams.
Tony is the consummate professional, with exceptional knowledge of real-estate
and property appraisal, he is also someone that anyone looking for a viable purchase,
should work with as they will be most rewarded and pleased.

Mrs. Carlson & Mr. Thompson:
My family had the good fortune of working out the sale of our home with the guidance, counsel and assistance of Tony Strickland from your office. Tony worked with us to set
a listing price to market our property. He and Victoria also contacted our first and
second mortgage companies and arranged for the short sale of our home. Given
everything that was involved in making this happen, we could not help but wonder if the
property was priced to sell expeditiously as we were considering an out of state move.
The answer to this question came the very next day after listing the property. Tony called us to let us know that within thirty minutes of getting the property listed, he had gotten a
call from another realtor who had clients arriving in Atlanta the next morning to revisit
several properties, and to view ours as well.
We had no idea that it would work out that this client a Pastor and his family would ultimately purchase our home, but that is exactly what happened. We had an
aggravatingly high number of showings and had several offers, but the Pastor and his
family loved our home and locked in their offer. They then proceeded with an extensive
battery of inspections.
Tony told us from the beginning that he wanted to be our "realtor for life", and was seeking a "win-win" deal that would drive us to want to refer him to others seeking a
realtor. He also said that our referrals would give him a chance to offer others
outstanding customer service, and assist in either selling their existing home or finding
and helping them to close on a new home.
We feel that we had a professional that understood the market and our needs as a seller. Tony's persistence and perseverance provided the comfort that we needed to step
through this process. We never felt alone or out of the "communication loop" at anytime,
and although there were a myriad of hurdles before this process was done, we never
doubted that Tony couldn't get it done.
In closing, the greatest outcome in this endeavor was that everyone involved was very pleased with the end result. The Pastor got the home he needed for this family, the
other realtor closed her deal, and our family was very satisfied with the work Tony and
Victoria provided. If our referral will help Tony get more business, then we are an
walking advertisement of his ability, professionalism and integrity to do a great job.
Please let him know that we wrote to thank him for his hard work, and that we will think of him first when anyone asks if we know a reliable realtor.
Orlondo and Earnesta Givens "God Bless"

Mr. Thompson:
I want to take the time to share the unsurpassed level of service I received from one of
your agents. \Vith the first time home buyer tax credit being in effect, I had contemplated
purchasing a home early this year, but hesitated. In late July, I was introduced to Karen
Colbert. Having no experience in the home buying process, I needed someone who could
walk me through each step. Due to the location of where I wanted to purchase a house,
Karen was kind to refer me to Anthony Strickland.
Anthony Strickland was the consummate professional from the moment we first spoke on
the phone. His mannerisms and courtesy conveyed the enthusiasm with which he
approaches his clients. I found Tony, as he introduced himself, to be extremely
knowledgeable in every aspect of the home buying process. He took great care to keep in
contact with me so I would always know exactly where we were. For this I am extremely
grateful. He was able to communicate with the listing agent, the mortgage broker,
inspector, and appraiser, all the while making sure I was comfortable with the process.
He was also careful to show me a range of potential homes, and when the first choice fell
through, expeditiously help me find a second choice.
I truly appreciate Tony's attention to finding value in a home. He took special care to
make sure that the homes he showed me would be homes that appreciated in value. His
concern was more so in the potential future value of the home than in the current sale
price. He was always flexible and willing to work around my work schedule, be it early
morning (meeting before 7am to sign papers), or late evening (showing me a house after
7pm on a Friday). I was deeply impressed with Tony's honesty and integrity throughout
the home buying process. He truly made me feel like he was on my side, and was there to
represent me. I knew whenever I needed him he would be there to answer whatever
questions I had.
Tony treated me with the utmost respect, and that allows me to recommend Tony to
anyone I know who is looking to purchase or sell a home. I was so impressed with his
service that even before I closed on my new home, I had already recommended him to
several associates. I'm deeply grateful to Tony Strickland for his professionalism and
attention to detail which made my first home buying experience memorable and
seamless. I look forward to working with him again in the future. Thank you for your
time and consideration.
Sincerely, Joshua Zant

Dear Mr. Thompson, I would like to congratulate you for having an outstanding associate working in your office. That associate is Mr. Tony Strickland. My wife and I came to Mr. Strickland in a desperate hour of our life. I had lost my job loss and subsequently, I was no longer able to meet my monthly mortgage obligations. After months of frustrating negotiations with my bank to work out a refinancing plan, the future was plain: my wife and I were in imminent danger of foreclosure. We knew the only way out was a short sale and it had to be done quickly because the bank would not hold off the foreclosure proceedings for us. Into our lives came Mr. Strickland. He took care of everything and was able to get our house listed within one day! Unbelievable! We have never seen anybody work so fast, or so diligently on our behalf before. We started receiving potential buyers within the first two weeks. As you know a short sale can be a complex ballet between the bank, the sellers, and the potential buyers and their agents. I would like you to know that Mr. Strickland danced the dance to perfection. He was in constant communicating with me, the bank, and other realtors, with interested clients. He worked nonstop to ensure that my house was in the best possible position for sale at all times by constantly evaluating market conditions and comparing that with buyer interest in order to determine the optimal price for a quick sale and at the same time satisfy the banks conditions for short sale. And the part that most impressed us was the way he kept me informed every step of the way on what the bank was saying, what he was doing, and what buyers agents were saying. I always knew where we stood Within two months of first talking to Mr. Strickland about the possibility of selling our house; we had a solid offer in hand. Did Mr. Strickland then kick back and relax? No he did not! From that point on Mr. Strickland was coordinating between myself, the buyers agent, and the bank, making sure all paperwork was in order and all parties were kept informed of the process. He untiringly talked to the bank to speed their bureaucratic slowness along, constantly worried about my foreclosure date, which had not been delayed. Due to his effort, and his alone, the bank approval came within one week instead of taking months as we were originally told. Here is the most incredible part. After all paperwork was done and the house sale was set to close in two days, Mr. Strickland finally allowed himself time to have a much needed surgery. On the day of his operation the buyers financing fell through. Two days before closing! We could not believe it. Mr. Strickland, from his hospital bed, found out about the development and started making phone calls while still coming out of recovery! That is the epitome of a dedicated professional. And that, dear sir, is exactly what Mr. Strickland is - a dedicated professional. Needless to say Mr. Strickland communicated with all parties about the financing fiasco to determine the problem and immediately went into overdrive to find a solution, at all times keeping our best interests in mind. Fortunately the buyers soon found another lender and the house sale closed two weeks later to the relief of all concerned. In short, Mr. Thompson, I would like you to know how happy we are with Mr. Strickland. He bestows a great honor upon the Keller-Williams brand name through his actions, dedication, and can-do attitude. I am absolutely satisfied with his service and in fact, have already recommended him to our friend, who is looking for a Realty service. Thank you for taking the time to read our letter and thank you for having such realtors as Tony Strickland on your staff.

Subject: Thank s 2 you Tony: This is a very late note to say thank you for all of your help over the past year in finding our home, and for the constant support when I became discouraged. As a first time homebuyer, I had many questions and was a bit nervous about mastering all the details of buying my first house. Not only did you answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns, but you helped find an amazing house. Through the contract and closing process, you were always available and quickly solved any problems involved with the purchase. At the end of it all, I got a great house at a great price and couldn't have been happier with the way it went. You provide the rare combination of customer service and expertise. I highly recommended you on my Facebook page to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. Again, I can't thank you enough. I love the house. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Thanks so much. Santasia Hill |
